Every ticket has its own cancellation and change rules, shown in the fare package details when you choose a flight and on your e-ticket.

Airline cancellations and delays
If the airline cancels the flight you are entitled to a free change or a full refund. Call our call centre with any questions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are passed to the bank within 1–3 business days after the airline’s approval; how long they take to appear on your card depends on your bank.
