Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is made between the Seller (Easytravel.com.tr) and the Buyer under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Parties

Buyer: The person whose details are entered at the payment step.

Subject of the agreement

The sale of a flight ticket bought online. The flight details, fare class, baggage allowance and the total price including taxes are shown at the payment step. The carriage is performed by the airline; the Seller issues the ticket as an intermediary agency.

Right of withdrawal

Under article 15/1-g of the Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for carriage contracts that must be performed on a specific date. The cancellation and refund terms and the airline’s fare rules apply instead.

Liability

For flight cancellations, delays and baggage problems the airline’s conditions of carriage and the Passenger Rights Regulation (SHY-Yolcu) apply. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of passenger details and travel documents.

Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
