Personal Data Protection Notice

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, the data controller is Easytravel.com.tr. This notice explains which of your personal data are processed when you buy a flight ticket, for what purpose, and what your rights are.

Data we process

Name and surname, gender, date of birth, Turkish ID or passport details, contact details, flight preferences and information relating to the payment are processed.

Card details are not stored; they are passed straight to the payment institution.

Purposes of processing

• Making the flight booking and issuing the ticket
• Passing passenger data to airlines and airport authorities (APIS)
• Informing you about your booking by e-mail
• Meeting statutory retention obligations

Transfer

To issue the ticket your data are transferred to airlines, reservation systems and payment institutions, and to competent public authorities where the law requires it. On international flights they may be passed to the authorities of the destination country.

Your rights
